At Nasrflowers, we are committed to providing an exceptional delivery experience tailored to meet our clients’ needs, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. Please read this policy carefully to understand the delivery details and applicable terms.
Delivery Areas
Artificial Bouquets:
We deliver all artificial flower arrangements across all governorates in Egypt.
Natural Bouquets:
Delivery for fresh flowers is currently limited to the following areas:
Cairo, Giza, Alexandria
Canal Cities: Suez (including Ain Sokhna and Galala), Ismailia, Port Said
South Sinai, Sharqia, Gharbia, Mansoura
Delivery Options & Timelines
Standard Delivery
Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days, depending on the client’s location.
Nasrflowers VIP Service
Orders are processed and delivered within a maximum of 2 days.
If it’s a gift: Full payment is required via InstaPay, with confirmation through WhatsApp.
If it's a personal order: 50% can be paid in advance, and the rest upon delivery.
VIP Service is only available in the areas mentioned above.

Required Delivery Information
To ensure fast and accurate delivery, please provide the following details correctly:
Sender’s full name and phone number
Recipient’s name, address, and phone number (preferably two numbers)
Order Confirmation
Our customer service team will contact the customer to confirm:
Payment details
Sender and recipient information
If we are unable to reach the customer within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Notes on Fresh Flowers
To preserve quality, please receive the flowers immediately and store them in a cool place.
Orders containing perishable items (like fresh flowers) are non-refundable once prepared.
Rejected or Incomplete Orders
If the recipient refuses the delivery or if incorrect information was provided, shipping costs will be deducted and the paid amount will not be refunded.
